Shipping policy

Shipping conditions:

Shipping takes place within 2-3 working days of the order being validated.  Your orders are shipped in well-packaged and protected parcels, including gift wrapping when requested.

Delivery method:

Shipments are sent by Colissimo to your address. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to postal delays.

UK Shipping Notice:

We are based in France and are not VAT-registered.
For UK orders only, taxes and customs duties are not included in the purchase price.
These may be collected by UK customs upon delivery. The customer is responsible for any additional charges.
